Two New Appointments
The partners of Auld Brewer Mazengarb & McEwen are pleased to announce two new appointments.
The appointment of Tim Brewer, previously the senior partner of the firm, as a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand, with this appointment effective as at 1 July 2010.
Tim will sit in the High Court at Auckland. As a consequence, Tim ceased to be a partner of the firm on 30 June 2010.
The Partners are also pleased to confirm that Cherie Clarke, a litigation partner with the firm, has been appointed the Crown Solicitor for New Plymouth, taking over from Tim Brewer who previously held the Warrant.
Cherie also assumes the role of senior litigation partner.
