ABMM News

In these challenging times, we have some positive news to share. Today we officially welcome Philip McCarthy as a Partner of the firm.

Phil will take up the leadership role with our Employment and Disputes Resolution Team as well as continuing to use his expertise in health and safety and immigration matters and taking up the new duties that Partnership bring.

We will of course have a celebration (but not just yet)!  Phil and the Partners will plan something later on in the year, once things are a bit more normal.

Auld Brewer Mazengarb and McEwen welcome Phil to the Partnership of the firm and look forward to the future.

Following on from this, we would like to extend our gratitude to Caroline Silk, who has retired as a Partner as of 1 April 2020.

We are very pleased to announce that she is not leaving us just yet, as she will continue to work with the firm as a Consultant.

We want to acknowledge the huge contribution Caroline has made to Auld Brewer Mazengarb & McEwen over the last 11 years she has been with the firm, firstly as a lawyer, then as a Partner from May 2011.

Caroline is leaving a strong Employment Law and Disputes Resolution team ready to carry on the stellar work that Caroline set the solid basis for over the last 11 years.

We wish her the best for her new role and ventures in the coming year.
