• has fewer than 50 full-time employees
• operates in a commercial environment
• is registered for GST in New Zealand
• is privately owned (including a Maori trust or incorporation under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993)
• demonstrates a desire to innovate and grow

you may qualify for partial funding (usually 50%) under the NZTE Capability Development Voucher Scheme.
